Casper is an amazingly sweet boy. He is the perfect family/therapy dog. He is happy and easy goin. He has such a funny, playful spirit about him. Mostly just loves to relax and enjoy his family. He likes car rides. He likes everyone and always wears a smile. He is calm and patient and very devoted. He is trustworthy with other dogs, cats and absolutely loves cuddle time. He rolls on his back for a belly rub. He is fond of kids and enjoys just hanging out. He is young at heart and has so much love to give and life to live. He is a very humble boy. He would be a great therapy due to his patience and kindness. He is 8 years old. He is a big boy, but not huge, & has one blue eye (may be some border collie in there somewhere). He has very dense fur and sheds very little as long as he is brushed occasionally. He was with the same owner since he was a young pup. They no longer had time for him so he came to live with us. He does great in the house and has never had an accident. He enjoys the outdoors, and will spend hours relaxing in the yard. He has a touch of arthritis (takes one daily aspirin) so the colds days tend to be too much for extended periods of time. He enjoys cuddling on the couch or on his big dog bed, with his family near. Our pets are up to date on vaccines and preventatives. They have been protected against parasites and have been surgically altered. This pet has tested negative for heart worms and is Micro chipped through Home Again. This pet is house trained and is socialized with people and other animals. Our adoption fee for a fully vetted dog is $150.00, however Casper has received a sponsor that has contributed to his care so his adoption fee is $75 There is an application and a home visit required. We are not a shelter facility. We rescue and foster in our own homes in order to provide a safe, comfortable environment to grow and thrive while learning socialization and manners.
